Alt-Source.com – Is a wholly owned subsidiary of Dawood Companies Pakistan. Alt-Source.com’s management team received R&D funding for 12 months from Dawood Companies and then the project was launched after six months in Feb 2004.

Alt-Source.com in the first year of Operations, from a start of zero business is today a 175 people strong organization with 130 agents live - With an independent corporate culture, created and run by a seasoned management core-team.

Alt-Source.com has mainly a North American client base. And is handling Inbound customer Support, Outbound Tele-marketing as well as Blended Services and Medical Transcription during day-hours for load balancing.

Alt-Source.com is under COPC Implementation with 5 COPC Certified Coordinators in its management team. The company is also proud to count MacDonald’s and Yamaha in its client list and is considered the ‘Recommended Call Center for Karachi’ by the Pakistan Software Export Board (PSEB).
